Do you offer FREE exchanges?

Yes, we offer FREE exchanges for U.S. customers! We'll send you a free, pre-paid return label to send the shoes back to us, and we'll also ship out the new shoes at no extra charge. Shoes must be in new condition and in the original packaging. International customers may also exchange their shoes for a new size, but are responsible for shipping the exchange shoes back to our warehouse.

What's your return policy?

Yes, we accept returns for up to 30 days. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label (U.S.), subject to a $8.95 re-stocking fee. For international orders, customers will be required to cover the return shipping. Shoes must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Insoles and socks are not eligible for returns.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping starts at just $20 USD anywhere in the world (for one pair of shoes). 

How long does shipping take?

All orders ship from the USA. Standard (free) shipping normally takes about 4-8 days to arrive within the U.S. while international shipping requires about 1-3 weeks to arrive. However, keep in mind that ALL shipping carriers are experiencing some slight delays on packages due to the pandemic and spike in e-commerce activity.

Are customs, duties, and taxes included for international orders?

Shipping fees for international orders do not include any applicable customs, duties or import fees associated with receiving your order. Every country has different fees and taxes and it's up to each customer to pay if necessary.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Fuego to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Fuego may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.


Does Fuego run true to size?

Yes, Fuego shoes run true to size!

I have a wide foot; will Fuegos fit well?

Our shoes are all standard width. If your feet tend to run a little wider, ordering half a size larger should be a good fit.

How do I clean my Fuegos?

We hate it when all-white shoes get dirty. Luckily, keeping Fuego sneakers crisp and clean is really simple. Dirt or spills can be wiped off of our vegan-friendly upper with just a wet paper towel or rag. Shoe cleaning solutions can also be used, but are often not necessary.


What if it rains? Is the sole water resistant?

Yes! Both the upper and sole are water and spill resistant.

Do your shoes have arch support?

Our cushioned insoles provide incredible support for your feet. The insole has 1.3cm of supportive cushion at the heel which creates elevation and support for the arch which has worked as a replacement for custom orthotics in many cases. 

Are the insoles removable?

Yes! If required, our insoles can easily be replaced.

Are Fuegos vegan?

Yes! Our shoes do not contain any animal products and are PETA-approved.


What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

What is the current status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. We will then start to process your order as soon as possible. When the order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered. If you have any questions along the way, please feel free to contact us.

Can I modify my order or shipping address?

Please email your order number and the new address to We will contact the carrier as soon as possible. If they determine that the shipment isn't too far along, we can usually modify the destination.
