What makes Fuego shoes different?

Fuego shoes are minimalist sneakers made for dancing and for everyday wear. Traditional dance shoes can't be worn outdoors because the soles are too delicate. Our specialized sole gives spinning, turning and sliding ability when used on dance floors, yet functions like a normal street shoe on other surfaces. The sole's design helps reduce friction with the ground for seamless turning ability. Plus, Fuegos are incredibly lightweight (as light as a running shoe) while our thick, shock-absorbing insole provides the perfect balance of bounce and support!

What surfaces are Fuegos compatible with? 

Our shoes can be worn on any type of surface without damaging the sole. Different floors have different “speeds.” Fuegos work best on dance floors and even many types of carpet, while allowing the shoe to function normally on other types of surfaces.

What if it rains? Is the sole water resistant?

Fuego shoes, both the upper and sole, are water resistant and are not negatively impacted by water.

How are Fuegos so lightweight?

Fuegos are suuuper light to help you stay quick on your feet. They’re even lighter than some running shoes! A ladies' shoe is only about 7 ounces (200 grams). The primary factor behind the lightweight design is the specialized material of the sole. When developing the sole, we sought out a material that would be suitable for dancing, lightweight, and durable enough to withstand day-to-day street wear. 

Do your shoes have arch support?

Our cushioned insoles provide incredible support for your feet. The insole has 1.3cm of supportive cushion at the heel which creates elevation and support for the arch which has worked as a replacement for custom orthotics in many cases. 

Are the insoles removable?

Yes! If required, our insoles can easily be replaced.

Are Fuegos vegan-friendly?

Yes! Our shoes do not contain any animal products as opposed to traditional dance shoes which have a suede or fine leather sole.


What size should I get?

For some people, Fuego shoes run a bit small. Our thick insoles take up a lot of room! We recommend ordering a full size larger than your normal street shoes / sneakers. However, it's a good idea check the size chart with your foot measurement for the most accurate fit. If you have specific questions, feel free to reach out!

I have a wide foot; will Fuegos fit well?

Our shoes are all standard width. If your feet tend to run a little wider, ordering half a size larger should be a good fit. If you have specific questions, feel free to text or WhatsApp us at +1 (484) 649-1566.

Will you have other sizes in the future?

Yes! But keep in mind that all of our shoes all have a unisex fit which accommodates women with larger feet and men with smaller feet. If you run smaller than a women’s 6 (EUR 36) or larger than a men’s 12 (EUR 46) and want a pair of Fuegos, please let us know at !

How do I clean my Fuegos?

We hate it when all-white shoes get dirty. Luckily, keeping Fuego sneakers crisp and clean is really simple. Dirt or spills can be wiped off of our vegan-friendly synthetic upper with just a wet paper towel or rag. Shoe cleaning solutions can also be used, but are often not necessary.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

How long does shipping take?

All orders ship from New Jersey, USA. Standard shipping takes about 2-3 days to arrive within the U.S. and 1-3 weeks internationally. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges for up to 30 days after the shipment has been received by the customer. Shoes must be unworn and in the original packaging in order to be eligible for return or exchange. We cover shipping costs for sending the newly exchanged pair.

Are customs and duties included for international orders?

Shipping unfortunately does not include any applicable customs, duties or import fees associated with receiving your order. Every country has different fees and taxes and it's up to each customer to pay if necessary.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Fuego to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Fuego may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

What is the current status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. We will then start to process your order as soon as possible. When the order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered. If you have any questions along the way, please feel free to contact us.

Can I modify my order or shipping address?

Please email your order number and the new address to We will contact the carrier as soon as possible. If they determine that the shipment isn't too far along, we can usually modify the destination.
